Comprising 2 bedrooms the main ensuite with super kingsize oak bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds which can be put together to form a kingsize double. A spacious and comfortable lounge with French doors and small patio area, leather sofas, a 3-seater futon (which can be folded down to sleep 2 if required), a micro music system (cd/radio), flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. Family bathroom and a modern kitchen/diner with seating and table for 7 people and all modern appliances making it a home from home.The contemporary apartment is decorated to a high standard with framed photographs supplied by a local photographer whose work can be seen in various outlets in the local area. There is a good size storage space in the large entrance hall. The storage contains the digital safe for valuables, coat hooks, 6 fold up outdoor chairs, steam iron and ironing board, Dyson hoover, travel cot, high chair, baby rocker chair, whilst still having room for guest luggage. There is off road parking for 1 car.
