Visit Websitefor more informationBeachcombers is a contemporary self catering holiday cottage created from a Grade II listed, three storey fishing loft in the scenic Cornish fishing village of Megavissey. This magnificent cottage has been refurbished in 2008 and is ideal for family get togethers or large family holidays. The beautiful harbour is virtually on the doorstep and there are many shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs to be found in the narrow streets surrounding. Megavissey is the largest working fishing port in the bay and cob cottages spill down to the harbour walls making this the ideal base for a picturesque Cornish coastal holiday.
Beachcombers comprises of five bedrooms and three reception rooms, sleeping ten people in comfort. On the ground floor there is a snug/sitting room with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD, games console, board games and books etc. This floor is also home to a newly fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, washer/dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, iron / ironing board etc. Also there is a twin bedroom along with a newly fitted bathroom with bath, shower over toilet and wash hand basin. The first floor has an open plan dining room/kitchen with French doors leading to a Juliette balcony at the front of the building. In addition to this there is a further twin and double bedroom along with a bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Finally, on the second floor there is a lounge/sitting room with leather sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and French doors leading to a Juliette balcony at the front of the building. The Master bedroom can also be found on this floor along with a further twin bedroom and newly fitted bathroom. Another fitted kitchen is complete with oven, hob, washer/dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, iron / ironing board etc.
