Two superb self catering apartments over looking the harbour of the Cornish fishing town Hayle. Well appointed, stunning contemporary apartments, retaining a welcoming and homely feel. Everything you would require for a relaxing, comfortable self contained holiday. Because the apartments are situated together they are ideal for two families to share a holiday while retaining full independence and individual space. Our town is very centrally located and boasts 3 miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches set in the gorgeous St.Ives Bay. Close to popular towns such as St.Ives and Penzance.

Hayle has a lot to offer from gorgeous beaches to birdwatching and is well known for its RSPB reserve site. It also has a brilliant surfing beach which is very popular. There is a large well stocked surf shop where you can buy or hire any surfing equipment you may need. There are many fantastic coastal walks to enjoy around the area. Hayle is centrally located. It is a 10 minute drive to St.Ives and 15 minutes to Marazion and Penzance. We are within easy reach of the Minack Theatre, Falmouth Marine Museum, Eden Project, St.Michaels Mount and many other fantastic tourist attractions. Hayle is a large town with a population of approximately 14000. It offers many pubs, wine bars, restaurants and take aways. A small new retail park has recently been built with M & S, Boots and Next. The town however has many shops offering everything from foodstuffs and clothing to sporting goods and souvenirs.

Apartment 1 boasts a large lounge diner with wood flooring and seating for six as well as a decorative fireplace and a flatscreen television. The stylish kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, with an adjoining utility room with washing machine. The bathroom is tiled in sandy hues, with a shower over bath. There is a fresh twin bedroom and a large master room with kingsize bed, both decorated in beach hues.
Specialities
The apartments have been refurbished to offer a modern and comfortable living space with their own car parking areas. They are now available for summer & all year round rentals. We will consider well behaved small dogs but please contact for more info. Both apartments are strictly non smoking. However there are ashtrays supplied for the outside area. All towels and bed linen are supplied. The pillows and duvets are all hyperallergenic. Please bring beach towels if required

Directions
Off M5 exeter take junction 31 to A30 signposted Oakhampton which brings you into Cornwall. Go past the signs for Bodmin, Truro, Redruth and Camborne West, until you see Hayle. When you reach the big roundabout with a large shopping centre M&S, Costa Coffee etc, take the 4th exit signed Hayle. Continue along this road. Over a double mini roundabout, continue straight on for a mile or so passing the war memorial on your left. Continue along the road until you eventually come to a sharp left hand bend. As you approach this bend you need to start to indicate left and slow down then turn into the Royal Standard pub car park, taking care to avoid the steep kerb at the beginning of the entrance. Drive to the top right hand side of the car park and go through the granite gate posts at the top. Pass a garage on your right and turn into the large parking area to the left hand side of it. This will take you to the rear entrance of the property. The car park space for this property will be painted A. Access can be gained to property through the rear gate and down the 7 steps to the enclosed courtyard or if you are staying in ground floor apartment walk back down through the car park, No 59A Penpol Terrace is the first property (Bay Windows) next to the hairdressers through small gate and up three steps.
