Newly refurbished, this luxury villa is situated at the end of a no through road, therefore enjoys a private setting. Ideal any time of year, our central location means there is easy access to beaches, golf courses, gardens, art galleries, museums, wildlife parks and theme parks.

For keen surfers, Fistral beach is famous for its waves. At Watergate beach you will find a café bar and Jamie Oliver's 'Fifteen Cornwall' restaurant. all are within easy reach of Penhale Villa. St Ives, Padstow and Falmouth are all only a short drive away too.
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people, therefore ideal for groups or large families. The property has 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi baths and 1 separate shower room with deluge shower. The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and includes central heating, full double glazing, Sky TV, DVD players, LCD TVs in lounge and bedrooms, washer / dryer, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer, very large range cooker with double oven. It also include all linen, towels, tea towels and mains services.
