Jamie Oliver has arrived in Cornwall, and has for good reason chosen Newquay and Watergate Bay, with spectacular views of the Atlantic, as his third location for the first of what could be a scattering of Fifteen Jamie Oliver Restaurants in Cornwall, especially if franchising plans are successful.
